Richard Perrin, PMP®, ACP, MBB, CSM, CSP

Following the successful implementation of several project management office and project quality initiatives at leading software concerns, Richard provides invaluable consulting experience to EdWel Programs. Richard is the author of numerous methodologies, PMP Guides, and books on project management including "Real World Project Management" published by John Wiley & Sons in January, 2008.

Besides holding his PMP, Richard is a Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner, and Master Black Belt. Additionally, the Project Management Institute selected Richard as an internal reviewer for the A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 5th Edition   Richard won the IEC Infovision award for most innovative AIN product using Agile Development approach in 1998.  

Richard brings this wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom.  An enthusiastic and engaging teacher, Richard creates a challenging yet approachable learning environment for his students. As a senior course designer for EdWel, Richard has an encyclopedic knowledge of project management, Agile development, and Six Sigma. Still, Richard insists that he always learns something from his students as well. 

Gordon Young, PMP®

Gordon followed up his career with the giants including AT&T, GE, and Sprint as an internal change management consultant for a global energy services company. Gordon coordinated large international initiatives where culture and communication played a large part in the success of the project. 

With a Masters in Instructional Technology, Gordon brings a keen understanding of project management and learning technologies to the classroom. Participants frequently comment that Gordon provides a lively, entertaining, and productive learning environment. Gordon leads the train-the-trainer program within EdWel.  He is known within EdWel for his innovative instructional insights to current and aspiring PMP exam prep instructors.   

Myra Baskerville, PMP®

With a Masters in Education augmenting her PMP credential, Myra possesses nearly twenty years of both training and project management experience.  Myra draws from her core competencies in adult-learning, needs assessment, and individual development to ensure a meaningful classroom experience for all participants.  

From her role leading business intelligence, continuous improvement, and learning development initiatives at IBM, Myra understands the unique challenges every project manager faces. With strong communication and interpersonal skills used to promote learning clarity, Myra empowers and motivates her classes to PMP success!

Mark McGreevy, PMP®

Mark has more than 25 years of industry experience in project, portfolio and program management. He holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Electronics. His career experience includes employment at United Airlines, Exxon USA, T. Rowe Price, Chevy Chase Bank, and Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Lab

Mark has been teaching PMP exam prep boot camps for over four years and has also taught project management courses for the Project Management Institute (PMI) and graduate level PM classes at Morgan State University. He has consistently received excellent student feedback on his engaging teaching style, his well-structured and planned out course content, expert knowledge, and his helpful exam memorization techniques. 

Mark Tolbert, PMP®

For nearly fifteen years, Mark managed programs and projects within Hewlett-Packard. From data center relocation efforts to software delivery solutions, Mark showed a knack for bridging the divide between the possible and customer expectations. A vibrant, detail-focused instructor, Mark has authored PMP Exam Prep methodologies, as well as, led classes for over five years.

An active member within the Project Management Institute, Mark has held leadership positions at the chapter level such as Vice President of Education and Certification, as well as, Vice President of Programs. Mark benefits EdWel students by bringing his institutional knowledge of the PMP certification process to the classroom.  

Kimberly Casperson, PMP®

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Kimberly is a very passionate and accomplished PMP certification instructor with over 75 classes under her belt. She keeps the students engaged and goes the extra mile to ensure students understand the intense material, while adding elements of challenge and entertainment to the classroom. Ms. Casperson is very adept in training active military, veterans, federal, state and local government personnel, consultants and employees in all spectrums of private industry.

Asad Haque, PMP®

A former Edwel student and now an Edwel instructor, Asad is fast approaching his 100th PMP class taught. An energetic and captivating lecturer, he establishes a personal relationship with every Edwel student. From Northern Trust to HSBC to IBM, Asad brings a strong IT financial background to his classes.  He is an active member of the Project Management Institute and contributes regularly to the project management community. Asad has a nearly 95% success rate with his students.

Michael Welles

- Michael gained insight into well-run projects as a consultant for a Japanese firm with ties to the automotive industry. Specifically, Michael oversaw the Midwest regional team. Since that time, Michael has built EdWel into a company with dozens of major global clients and over 25,000 satisfied program participants.
